What is the return policy on bulk orders?  At Bottle Cap Retro, we strive to provide high-quality screen printing services for bulk orders. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.  If you are not satisfied with your bulk order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will work with you to determine the best solution for your specific situation. If the bulk order mock-up was approved for production and there are mistakes after production that is on the customer who approved the order. Once the order enters production, changes cannot be made. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and a restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. How long will my custom order take?

At Bottle Cap Retro, we strive to provide our customers with quick and efficient service. The turnaround time for your order will depend on a few factors, including the size of your order, the complexity of your design, and our current workload. Generally, we can complete orders within 10-14 business days from the time your design is approved. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.  If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. What if I have a logo or design already?

At Bottle Cap Retro, we welcome custom designs and logos! Simply send us your digital file in a high-resolution format (preferably in .ai or .eps file type) and we will work with you to create a mockup of your design on the product of your choice. Please note that there may be an additional fee for custom designs depending on the complexity of the design and the number of colors used. Contact us for more information on custom orders.

How do I get a custom web store on Bottle Cap Retro?

Launching a preorder on Bottle Cap Retro is easy! All you need to do is contact us with your design and the number of shirts you would like to order. We will provide you with a quote and create a mockup of your shirt for your approval. Once you approve the design and the quote, we will create a custom link for your preorder. You can then share this link with your customers and start accepting orders. We will handle all of the printing and shipping, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Preorders are a great way to gauge interest and get your custom designs out to your fans. **We do have some minimum garment requirements to launch a web store.**

At Bottle Cap Retro, we do offer live demo services for events such as trade shows, festivals, and corporate events. Our team will bring our screen printing equipment and demonstrate the process of screen printing on various items such as t-shirts, tote bags, and more. This can be a great way to attract people to your event and provide them with a unique and memorable experience.

We can also create custom designs for your event that guests can choose to have printed on t-shirts or other items.
