If you are not satisfied with your bulk order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will work with you to determine the best solution for your specific situation. If the bulk order mock-up was approved for production and there are mistakes after production that is on the customer who approved the order. Once the order enters production, changes cannot be made. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and a restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Simply send us your digital file in a high-resolution format (preferably in .ai or .eps file type) and we will work with you to create a mockup of your design on the product of your choice.
